Thomas started from humble beginnings, growing up in Lancaster, CA.  At a young age, he already knew he wanted to get into real estate and own property.  Unlike most people who seek college after high school, Thomas went after his real estate license, which he earned in 2007.  In 2013, he started his own team, Paulauskas Realty and in 2014 became a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Since then, Thomas has been featured in Real Estate Magazine as Top Producer and had a guest appearance on HGTV.  Owns 7 rental units and bought, remodeled and flipped 7 single family homes.  He also found time to write The Guru Guide to Sell Your Home, but don't let his work ethic fool you; he is very much a family man.
